Reverentia is a CAD collection completed using Adobe Creative Suite and Kaledo programs. I studied various trends forecasted by WGSN's Dissonance Megatrend and extracted inspiration from the images I saw.
The imagery of this collection is built on the intricate traditions and policies of Catholicism. I completed this project for FTM 271 (Computer Aided Design for Textile Design).

Gweilo is a womenswear CAD collection designed during an exchange semester at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Under the guidance of Dr. Frankie Ng of the Institute of Textiles and Clothing, I designed Gweilo ("gweilo" is the Cantonese term for "foreigner") as a love letter to Hong Kong-- a love letter from the perspective of an outsider. I found my inspiration in the new world around me and in my inability to fully identify with it. Hong Kong was my home for six months, but it never quite felt like home, and I find that both beautiful and unsettling.

Contraire is an exploration in contrast. Designed with the upper class millennial woman in mind, its appeal lies in its subtle opposites: workwear silhouettes draped using luxurious, silky textiles and plain, geometric designs brought to life in deeply saturated color.
This collection was designed using a combination of hand drawing and Adobe Creative Suite and drafted using Gerber Accumark. The final prototype trousers were cut on a Lectra Vector cutting machine and assembled. I completed this project for FTM 315 (Computer Aided Design for Fashion Design).
