Doser is an exploration of coffee culture in Hong Kong. It was an unintentional collaboration, born of my altruistic tendency to help my friends with whatever they need-- or it was one of those instances where once I realized how much time I was putting into this project, it would be foolish to rescind my offer. Either way, it turned out pretty cool. Photography phenom Nick Kwong, a student based in London and my friend-away-from-home while on exchange, (@nickkwxng) shot the photos and set up the interviews. I helped conduct the interviews, synthesized them, and wrote all of the copy, as well as awkwardly posed for some of the portrait shots.
